The Constitutional Revision and Updating Committee serves as a subject matter committee for the purpose of reviewing the provisions of the Ohio Constitution dealing with amending, revising and updating its provisions through initiative and referendum, including Sections 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, and 1g of Article II (Legislative) and all sections of Article XVI (Amendments).
